    • Responsibilities:
      • Oversee the financial health of LHCC.
      • Review the monthly financials prepared by the bookkeeper.
      • Present financial reports to the Board of Directors.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
      • Work closely with the Executive Director and the Finance Committee.
    • Qualifications:
      • Strong financial acumen and experience in accounting or finance.
      • Experience serving on a non-profit board (preferred).
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • This role is expected to require less than three hours per month, most of which can be remote.

URGENT NEEDS & INFORMATION

  • Project Outpour provides mobile showers and hygiene services to individuals moving through homelessness. They currently operate showers at 5 different locations each week in Charlotte. They need volunteers for their Shower Service Days and Hygiene Distribution Events! Volunteers will assist shower guests by gathering requested shower supplies, cleaning in between each guest, keeping the process organized, and visiting with shower guests.

SHARED CHURCH & PROPERTY SPACE


  • Space Available for churches: The Loom Co-Working Space in downtown Fort Mill wants to offer their space to a church at a deeply discounted price. The space can seat up to 100 and comes with all seating, tables (if needed), 70" mobile TVs with HDMI, Wi-Fi and other A/V capabilities, marker boards, etc. There is free onsite parking for about 40 cars as well as street parking.   • Revive Church is opening up their space to churches looking. 
  • Immediate availability every Sunday night from 6pm to 9pm for weekly Sunday night church services. They would ideally prefer an established ministry for this time slot. They can also host one off Friday or Saturday night meetings as well as weekend conferences.

Domestic Violence

    This walk is planned in conjunction with Meck County Domestic Violence Survivors Day, a powerful day of awareness, empowerment, unity, hope, and purpose. We hope you’ll join us this year as we continue to raise awareness, celebrate survivors, honor victims, and walk for change.
